I have $25K on deposit with Coinbase. $22K in cash and $3K in Bitcoin. I opened the account in July 2021. I traded small amounts of crypto between July and October 2021. In April 2022 I thought I might buy some more as crypto prices were down. When I accessed my account, it said I could not trade and it would also not allow me to withdraw or link an account to enable a withdrawl. I have spent hours with their help chat and on their help line. I have not been told why my account has been frozen. I have been told that the case has been escalated to a specialist team and they will email me. No emails have arrived. I've tried to speak to people with authority and get a bunch of canned responses "no supervisors are available right now", "they are all in a meeting", "someone will get back to you via email". I've read and seen many stories on ponzi schemes and financial frauds and it seems to me that Coinbase is making all the same excuses that these fraudsters make. I hope I can get my money out. My advice is to avoid Coinbase.

I ordered 7 shirts from them on 21 November for Christmas presents. It is now 17 January and I received the 6th of the 7. My credit card was charged as soon as the order was placed and only one shirt arrived before Christmas. There was a total lack of communication from them and the website order history only shows the first shipment as if the order had shipped complete. The first shirt arrived on 12 December and it was shipped from the Ukraine. Four shirts arrived on 26 December that were shipped from New Hampshire. One shirt arrived 16 January and was shipped from Brooklyn. The last shirt is still MIA. At the time of the order, the website did not indicate that any of the items were out of stock or on backorder. My teenage son loves the "Big Face" animal shirts and they are good quality, heavy weight, cotton shirts. We had ordered from them before without these types of problems. I would like to order from them again, but I do not think that waiting 2 months for a product is reasonable considering that their competition can get it to you in a day or two.

Tip for consumers:
Allow for a very long period of time for shipment. See if the product you want is offered on Amazon if you would like it quickly.
