I guess the benefit of this site depends on where you live in the world. The projects posted on this site are from developing nations and are paying the amounts of developing nations. The projects could not support someone living in places like the U.S. or Western Europe, typically offering in the US $1 to 5 per hour range, or for example, offering set payments like US $7-15 for a logo, $20-100 for an entire website, $35-300 for engineering and designing an entire 60-foot boat in 3D modeling. In any case, every job I've seen posted on this site is offering far, far below what would be the minimum wage in the U.S. or other developed nations.

After signing up with nexxt, I started getting emails from nexxt and several other "job search" sites I never heard of. Anytime I'd click on a possible job opening link on a nexxt (or any other supposed job search site that nexxt obviously sold my info to) It goes through redirects to yet another unknown shady "job search" site. And usually a very non-professional looking site. So, then I'd go to the listed Company's actual website, visit their Careers page, and the opening didn't even exist. After signing up with Nexxt, I also started getting all of these spam emails from insurance companies (that I found were all one company with several different names and sites) saying they loved my resume, I'd be a great fit, and to call this number or click on this link to apply -- for selling life insurance -- which has nothing to do with my experience or my resume. I decided to call the numbers on each of those emails. Each time I got "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service." So, then I started doing some google research on each of those life insurance company names (finding they were all under one company) and a plethora of scam reports showed up. People saying that they were asked to come to multiple interviews with over-the-top excited reps that promised them the world, had them pay for their training, and then disappeared and wouldn't return their calls. And, there was also a slew of scam reports from people who bought Life Insurance from these companies (again, one company) and never received the payout when the policy owner died. It seems the company hid lots of very obscure caveats in their fine print that allowed them to not pay on claims. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM NEXXT.COM. If you sign up for nexxt.com you are not going to get real job leads -- you are going to get endless spam emails and be prayed upon by crooks, identity thieves, and others of the lowest forms of scum on Earth.
