I paid for a plugin, sent emails but they caim they cannot find any history of my purchase. I bought many plugin's from this business. Emails sent has not helped even though I tried to query why it is not in my downloads. I ask them to reset my downloads as I had to reinstall final cut pro. Before the reset my download was there, now missing in downloads and orders. The last email sent to me from Pixels was a smiley face saying sorry we cannot help. Shocking way to treat customers that spent lots of money. I will not buy again.

Hello John, I am sorry to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience, but our agents can only help if you provide the information they ask for. They do need cooperation in order to help to the best of their ability. Looking at the ticket thread we are sure there is some form of misunderstanding, but we would still of course love to help however we can! Do you have an order number to confirm this purchase, confirmation email to confirm this purchase, or exact date that the plugin was purchased so that we can check if it was accidentally made under a mis-typed email account? We would love to help you out with this issue if we are able, however in instances like this, we are only authorized to do so if we can confirm that the order was made and payment was received. We ask for this information because it does occur where customers have more than 1 account with us or mistyped their email during the purchase so that order won't show up with the rest of the orders with different account information. Order numbers are found in order emails sent out for the purchases as well as next to the product on your downloads page. If we have the order number finding the product will be quick and easy!

Our customer service representatives are are still required to follow the policies of the company, but that doesn't mean they won't help you every step of the way. We will still be here to help, however, we do not appreciate nor do we tolerate any form of harassment.
