I recently purchased a T-shirt from Teespring.com. When the shirt came in, the size ran a little small and i needed to see what i coukd do to get a bigger size. I emailed the customer suoport staff to see about returning the t-shirt to get a bigger size, but i was told by Robert, from the customer support team, that they can just reprint and send me a new one to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He then asked for me to donate that shirt to either a family member or someone in need, as it is what their company does for returned merchandise. He has made this whole buying experience with them really enjoyable and I will definitely be buying more shirts from them moving. I appreciate all of their help. Thank you.
