girl at customer service desk told me the item i was looking for was in isle 5. went up and down that isle 6 times. NOT there. other employees walking past not offering to assist. when i tried to find someone to help i was ignored.... they were too busy trying to see where they were going to set up a display.
I spoke by phone to The manufacturer for the item i purchased, who agreed, after looking at photos, that the item i purchased was defective and said that a refund would be issued... through CARiD. I have tried numerous time to get CARiD to give me my refund and all i keep getting is "we will have this matter settled within 48 hours" IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS !!!!! STILL NO REFUND FROM CARiD . STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY
