DO NOT buy a Flip Video Camcorder from Cisco. They are discontinuing the product and you will not be able to use FlipShare which is needed to share or upload your videos. Their customer service number is disconnected, so you cannot even get a hold of them I called Cisco corporate headquarters to get support and they gave me the discontinued number. When I informed them of this, they told me, "Have a nice day". So, my $200 camcorder will now become useless. I will never deal with Cisco again.

I am very pleased with Costco and find their prices reasonable. Their selection is not good, and there are times when you cannot buy the same product because they keep switching their inventory.
Costco is no bargain for fruits or vegetables. I was extremely disappointed to find that some of their fruit in plastic single serve containers were from China where there are no controls. I called corporate headquarters and they told me that they visit China and inspect the production of fruit. I highly doubt that this is the truth and suggest that you always look for the country of origin for your food.

The product is good but customer service stinks. Try calling for help and you'll get India that will refuse to give you an American agent. Then they try to sell you additional customer support. I have a $1500 Dell and cannot get America to help me so I'm going with Apple.

This is a very convenient program, and I would recommend it. The older version is a bit better in that the newer version has problems with accessing banks and some other sites. You will have all the ID and password information there, but it now takes more steps to get to some sites. The older version took you to the site with one click. Also, everything is encripted so you do not have to worry. Lastly, it is not currently compatable with McAfee but this comes as no surprise knowing all the problems McAfee has.
Go to Cnet.com and you can get a free version but the free version only permits you to use approximately 10 passwords and IDs. If this is all you need, go for it at no cost to you.

Whatever you need, it's always sold out or not available. Don't bother even going here as it is a total waste of time. Call customer support and you get India that doesn't give a damn.

First, not all American Express Cards have an annual fee. I. e. If you belong to Costco, you can get an American Express Card for free with rewards, such as, getting 3% back on gas purchases anywhere. The rewards will vary according to the card used, so pick your card carefully. Their customer service is excellent and from AMERICA!

Recently, I had a battle with United Airlines to refund a ticket price due to my sister having cancer and not being able to fly. Her oncologist stated that she should no longer fly. I sent a letter from her doctor to United Airlines and United refused to give back any money despite the fact that they stated they would do so. I fought with United for over a month and then decided to dispute the charge with American Express. American Express asked for my documentation and had the matter settled within 5 days. United gave back 100% of my ticket price.

Not many companies appear to go to bat for their customers or use their resources to help them. Most companies are simply out to get whatever they can from you and forget that YOU are the customer resulting in a loss of business for them. American Express breaks the mold and will do whatever it takes to help their customers. Kudos to American Express.

Finally, there is a totally free credit monitoring agency which allows you to access your credit scores anytime and instantly. They make their money through advertising and offer tempting products ranging from low interest car and house loans to low interest rates on credit cards, some with an introductory rate of 0% interest for a year. Yes, you can migrate your other cards to this no interest 1 year card.
-You can consolidate all your cards on this site so that you can see balances, graphs, and other useful information.
-There are so many features to this free service that I cannot begin to tell you all of them. I urge you to at least visit the site and play around.

This company sold me a 5 year extended warranty for my Samsung LCD TV, and repairs were to be done by www.myrepairtech.com. Now that I need to use it, this company is nowhere to be found. Since Abes of Maine sold me this extended warranty, they should be obligated to have my TV repaired. Not going to happen.

I purchased an extended 5 year warranty, at a substantial price, from www.abesofmaine.com for my Samsung LCD TV, and the repairs were supposed to be performed by www.myrepairtch.com. Now that I need to use it, this company is nowhere to be found and, upon research on the Internet, I found many others with this problem. Avoid this company and, if you buy an extended warranty for anything, make sure that you get in writing that the company who sold you the guaranty (Abes of Maine in this case) will honor the warranty they sold you if the warranty company suddenly disappears.

I bought a Roku so that I can watch Netflix from any room. I had already cancelled my DVD orders due to the price increase and the arrogance of the CEO who stated, "The increase is nothing more than a latte". My Roku worked fine with Netflix until recently. Currently, it will not connect, and I know that it is not Roku because everything else on Roku works.

Does Netflix WANT to go out of business? I will now cancel my Netflix streaming and watch their stock continue to plummet. FYI, after the increase, the stock went form over 300 to approximately 60. I no longer want to deal with this ineffective company. There are many alternatives.
