So I loaded my card after checking my balance online. Online it shows a zero balance, not negative. After loading the card I find out the money I loaded isn't updated online. I call customer support to find out my account negative over 100$. Really! So then as I'm explaining that it showed a zero balance why would I load a card in the negative. Smh, then they say oh we can waive 25$, really that doesn't help me at all. If it showed originally it was negative I would have never loaded it. So instead of acknowledging the technical issue they tell me 25$ waiver is the best they can do. Thanks, but no thanks. You guys operating in bad business practices. So be aware I definitely will not ever use your service again and would advise anyone else either.
