In years past I bought a couple of phones here which worked, however my latest is a total loss. They sold me a Samsung Galaxy S-5 that had unpaid T-Mobile bills against it. T-Mobile (rightly) refuses to activate it, and now Swappa is giving me a run-around about getting a refund. Their support web pages are impossible to navigate. Much better to use a trusted seller on E-Bay.
