Staff at gumtree are incompetent and unaware of their own policies.
I've had to reach out to them on multiple occasions to get them to reinstate my add after incorrectly removing it
Theyre never available to chat online and email responses take forever, no contact number either so makes it very difficult to deal with and even more frustrating if its a paid add and they're in the wrong
