I ordered merchandise from this business on August 25,2020. A pair of size 12 shoes. They arrived September 11,2020. They're a size 11.5 U.S.
I went back and checked the invoice & that invoice shows a size 12! The website showed they had that shoe available in a size 12.
NOW, after I notified them of THEIR mistake & showing them the transaction invoice with pictures!
I took pictures of the shoes tongue where to size is located & sent it to them also.
A couple days later I received an email from them saying they don't have a size 12 then asked if I could just keep them and they'd credit me a 20$ refund. I told THEM NO! They DONT FIT! They're
USELESS to me! I CANT wear them!
I demanded a FULL REFUND & THEY would have to find a way to get these shoes I DID NOT ORDER from here to back there!
