We normally do not have problems when we order through EBAY However Northern Tools has tied up our money for 20 days so far... We sent them 3 messages no response... called Customer Service ( now that's what I call for an oxymoron) the three calls included over an hour and a half on hold each with BS story Do yourself a favor avoid this company and when using EBAY be sure to check the feedback especially the negative... Hopefully you will avoid the pain & suffering we are going through
