I ordered. Says usually ships in 1 day. Waited 5 days no emails, no call ls, no cancellation. I finally got tired of waiting and got online chat forum with a rude bleach that started asking for ID and personal information to supposedly confirm shipping address. They already had all of that and authorized payment too. Then the rude troll troll threatened to cancel order. Hung up and left the forum. Sorry $#*! people. Don't do business with these sorry $#*! people. I know I won't. I was spending several hundred dollars and planned to do much more business. Not now. Sorry $#*! rude people

Walmart shows a million grocery items online but there's barely any of it that you can buy that they ship any longer. There's never anything showing to be in stock. You have to sort throw hundreds of items that they don't ship to find the very few that they do. I could walk the 5 miles to town to go shopping and do it easier than sorting through all the stuff they don't sell. The filters don't work. I don't understand why they have do much junk listed on a shopping app that's supposed to be for delivery that you can't buy. It's worthless

Ebay Policies and cost are making it impossible for American Sellers

Over the years I've sold products on Ebay but it's to the point it's impossible to make any money there due to the ever increasing cost related to selling.

First of all, all of their selling fees have gone over the top. This is an example of all of the cost involved for a seller
1. Listing fees ( just for listing the item)
2. If you have an item that requires a lot of photos, extra photos means extra cost
3. You can choose to "promote " your item, this means if you actually want your item to be seen, you will need to pay this extra fee to get any real exposure, it can range from an average of around 5% of the final selling free to as high as 10% or more. It's up to you, but if you don't do it, generally your items are very slow to sell because of so much competition much of which is foreign and they can sell and ship at a fraction of your cost.
4. If you want to list in more than one category, there's an extra cost on regular items of. 30 to list your item in more than one category. It may not sound like much, but if you're selling 100 items, and you have multiple quantities, it reknews every 30 days or every time you re-list the items.
5 You can elect to use these options if you want to be seen also: Stand out with a bold title in search results($6.00) Meaning if you want your item highlighed, it cost $6.00 to make it "stand out" and be seen.

Related Paypal - Ebay cost that come AFTER the sale. Once your item sells the fees are as follows.
1. Paypal fees. Pay pal takes their cut right off of the top which averages around 2-3 % of the entire selling cost and this also includes 2-3% of the cost of shipping which is included in the total paid via paypal when you sell. This is called a "transaction fee". They're charging you 2-3% on every dollar from the sale.
2. Ebay fees:
This is an example of how the fees work now:
1. Final valuation fee when it sells. This cost is around 10% of the selling price. Example if you sell an item for say $20.00, it will cost you around $2.00 for this fee
2. If you promoted the item so that it could be seen, the 'average' cost to "make it stand out" where it can be seen among the millions of other items will be around 5% to do an real good, but I've found that 7-10% is about the only way to really make your item be seen which on a $20.00 item lets split the difference and say it cost you used 7%. This means another 1.40 to "promote it' to make it stand out.
3. Final valuation fee on shipping. What exactly does this mean? It means that ebay is charging you a fee of 10% on the actual cost of what it cost you to ship. If you use their check out process with U.S. P. S for example and it cost you an average of $7.00 -12.00 to ship., then you're looking at around another. 70 -1.20 fees that Ebay makes money on for charging you a fee on TOP OF the U.S. P. S shipping cost. You will note that U.S. P. S cost have gone up ridiculously in the last 2 years as has FED X and UPS. They are gouging us. Ebay shows you a shipping cost on check out and tells the seller "you're getting a discount of XX amount for using Ebay - USPS shipping check out, but then they turn around and charge you a 10% sur-charge on the so called discount that USPS is actually supposed to be giving you.
4. Sales tax. If the customer's state charges sales tax, then ebay collects that sales tax from the PRICE OF YOUR ITEM. You also have to pay sales tax to YOUR state when it sales. If you do not add sales tax then it cost you. Meaning, if the customers state is already charging them sales tax, and you're collecting sales tax for your state, then it gets very confusing and costly and makes it nearly impossible for you to sale.

I have found that by the time you list your item, promote it so that it moves fast enough to make it worth trying to sell, paypal, ebay, the postal service shipping fees, it usually works out to about 35-40% of the total of what ebay to show as your sales related cost. You cannot possibly offer free shipping on most items and pay the ebay -USPS -Fed X shipping prices today. If you add sales tax, the cost of the item that you're selling, price of shipping related items such as boxes, packaging, tape, etc etc, you're looking at a minimum of around 35-40%...
For example if I sell any item for $14.95, I usually make around $10.00 off of it if I'm lucking and that's only if I charge the customer for shipping cost. That does not include the cost of the item. Most of the time, if you're buying your items and re-shipping, you're realistically not making that much. Under this scenario you have to ship thousands of items to make a living at it.
The postal service shipping cost are unbelievable now. You start out with a tiny flat rate box at around $5.00 plus or a padded envelope which cost around $7.55 or maybe a regional box A or B which can cost anywhere from a low 7-8 dollars to 20.00 dollars or more depending on where you are shipping in the country.
How does FED X, USPS and EBAY think that an American seller can make any money any longer? The Greater question is, How do these Chinese and Asian sellers, sell their items for a fraction of the cost and ship them half way around the world for less than what it cost an American shipper to ship items at all?
These foreign sellers are sellling every thing from illegal medications, plants and seeds that our government does not allow, pet and human products not approved by the F. D. A. Or U.S. D. A that ebay has blocked American sellers from even selling. You can't even sell Fish antibiotics or for poultry items in this category because of EBAY guide lines that they claim are U.S. D. A guidelines, but thousands of foreign sellers are selling the same items / products for a fraction of the cost of what we could actually sell them for if Ebay allowed us to sell them at all. Most of them aren't even illegal, but ebay will block you from selling if you list them, while you can find hundreds if not thousands of listing for these same type items from foreign sellers. Many of these "veterinary' items will be expired.
They report you if you list them. Ebay blocks you and refuses to allow you to sell, while hundreds or more sellers from foreign countries peddle their illegal seeds, antibiotics and non F. D. A approved medications and other products all over their site.

I can literally go onto their site and buy all sorts of over the counter medications that were produced in other countries, that do not have F. D. A approval both for human beings and animals. You can find tens of thousands of listings for plants and seeds on the site that are considered to be invasive and not approved for sale or distribution into this country but Ebay has continued to allow them to sell ALL of these products for decades now.
An American seller doesn't have much of a chance on this site. Between these extraordinary Ebay fees, USPS unbelievable shipping cost, a foreign seller can literally sell in our country for a small fraction of what it cost us to buy, ship and sale. How can they ship a. 99 item 5 thousand miles around the world, sell it for. 99 cent with free shipping, and I can't even ship a 2 oz package for less than 7.00? They're using OUR postal services at a fraction of the cost of what it's costing me to ship in my own country. They're making use of OUR postal service for NOTHING. If the situation was reversed and I tried to ship to China, you would be talking XX dollars just to start.

I am writing this because our Government needs to start doing it's job and START to protect the American sellers AND consumers. We can't compete in our own country against the Chinese and foreign sellers because these sites allow foreign sellers to sell items that Ebay and our own Government won't allow us to sell, and then to add insult to injury, we can't even ship the item because it cost so much now. The Chinese can ship a 10 lb large box to this country for what it cost me to ship an envelope.
