I bought a $327 Xiaomi phone on Banggood. After one month and a half, the screen is not working (no fall, no water).
Answer from Banggod: We don't assure warranty of the product
"Sorry to inform you that the supplier do not offer warranty for the global version".
However, in the box of the product, I have a warranty card which prove that there is a one year warranty
More than 20 mails...
I don't know how you call that, for me it's a theft
