We ordered an L-Shaped desk and bookcase and were told there would be setup during delivery, and given ample notice of delivery. We were notified 2 hours before the furniture was delivered by UPS. No setup. As you can imagine we were not happy, and that was the first problem. The wrong desk was delivered and the bookcase came without hardware for assembly and had a crack in the drawer. We have spoken with customer service three times to resolve. During the last conversation we were told that we would be responsible for shipping charges to return the furniture (which is the wrong piece and cracked). ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They make the mistake and won't process a refund until we pay for shipping. This company is a joke!
