Air Canada told me there should be no fee to transfer our flight due to Hurricane Maria hitting Turks & Caicos. There is a "good will" in place with FlightHub, and when you call FlightHub Customer service, they put me on hold for 2 hours (checking in very 10 mins) saying there is no agreement. Yet I contacted AC multiple times, spoke with 3 different people and they all said that FlightHub must respect this agreement.
FlightHub charged my Visa without my consent, and if I do not get a full refund, I will take further action against them.
