I had a new roof and gutters on my house about a year ago. The gutter installation was terrible. The gutters hung about 2-2 1/2 inches below the roof line.

After a lot of research on the Internet I decided to contact Elite Seamless Gutters in Spring Valley, IL. All of the reviews were outstanding.

On a Tuesday I steped into their office and talked with the office girl. I had pictures of the gutters on my house on my iPhone. John (the owner) was not in at that time. She said to email her the pictures and she would get them to John and he would get in touch with me. I emailed the pictures and the next day immediately responded saying he would call me some time that week to set a time to look at the gutters. On Saturday (just 3 days after he emailed me) he called and asked if he could look at the gutters on my house. I was out of town, but, I told him to look at them. He called back and told me what he thought should be done to correct the problem. He suggested I install new 6 inch gutters because of the long roof span with a downspout at each end. I did not want any downspouts on the front of the house.

After a couple of phone calls we came to an agreement on what needed to be done and the cost. I accepted over the phone.

The following Tuesday John and crew installed the new gutters and gutter guards. The job was professionally done in one day. The gutters improved the looks of my house tremendously. The new gutters looked like crown molding. You could not see the gutter guards or the first row shingle edge. The 6 inch gutter made my house look like new. More importantly they worked very well.

The workers were great and very friendly.

When I met John I said to him "your reviews were so good I wondered if you wrote them."

John's word was good and his work was outstanding.
