Received and order on Aug 17. Order was missing my free gift of 6lbs of protein (you get the idea of how much I spent to get such a free gift). Emailed company sameday with photos, which given the amount of products ordered and still in the box, one can see how a 6lbs bucket of protein would have fit in the box to begin with. Also send a photocopy of the invoice. Received an email acknowledgement that they would 'look' into it. A few days passed, I followed up = no response, I even placed another order of similar size and sent another email suggesting they can add my missing protein to the same order to try help with shipping, etc, and again no response. Well, we're 1 week later, Aug 24, and I've got zero responses since the original acknowledgment. I'm done with this company. If you can wait a couple extra days if your East of Alberta, try SVNCanada instead!
