That's exactly right Go to Flipper better off, I advertised a site there and Flipper they scrutinized the ownership, who was I, My address, verified everything before I could advertise. It was a pain to list the site. Checked me out to the MAX on Who is, com
My site did not sell "LOL" but they knew who I was.
They won't tolerate scammers and they will investigate any complaints.
I had a problem and they rang me, NOT LIKE THESE IMBECILES.
They even have a real address.

TAKE A TICKET CRAP!
I got scammed by someone who is still advertising the same site on WEBSITE BROKER.com, I informed these leeches at WEBSITE BROKER.com and to date, the scammer is still on the site. I got done for only $300.00 AUD it wasn't a huge amount but still, who needs the Grief.
I think you should follow a few simple rules.
(1) Make sure they are happy to use Paypal
That way if the site isn't uploaded to your server and working properly you tell Paypal and get your money back.
(2) Use your own website hosting account. Thay way you have control of the coding The site basically, they can't cut you off one day.
(3) Make sure you own your Domain Name or Transfer ownership of the Domain Name you are buying.
That way if your site suddenly starts making serious money, you have no fear that they will either copy your site or still have a copy and take the Domain Name that you don't own and steal your Goldmine and there's nothing you can do about it.
Because you never owned it in the first place.
(3) If the person who you are dealing with is not on Facebook with a lot of friends, Don't do business,
(4) If they can't give you a cell phone number, Don't deal with them.
(5) The Western Union money transfer is a favorite for scammers.
(6) Ask for at least a few contactable references who are on Facebook.
(7) And if they want all the money upfront don't deal with them.
Remember if they don't trust you they think you are the same as them, Untrustworthy.
(8) If the seller avoids any of these questions or you feel the seller is being even a tiny bit evasive. Walk Away.
Anyway hoped this helped, BUT REALLY ICAN should shut these festering sores like WEBSITE BROKER.com, Down DELETE them.
Does my head in With a reply from WEBSITE BROKER.com, like "We are not responsible and the buyer should be careful. Wheres Paypal you Greedy Parasites. Me personally hate using Paypal for my site as they take a big chunk of your profit but that is the only safeguard available to look after your clients, so be it..
