Humax set top box/recorder: Went through 6 units and none worked. Finally the store rand out of stock and I got a Fetch, which is easier to use and worked first time.
Never use these people. They are deceptive and takes an hour to get to them on the phone, if then! I could go on and on with my dealing with them but too depressing.
Tip for consumers:
just do not use them other than to compare pricing. and then go to the airline to book,
They did own up to the problem that the fabric was bad quality and shipped product to replace which i am still wearing

Fabric sucks and wears out. Delivery sucks. Promise after promise three months now and only 1 item shipped and it wore out after five wearings.
