Badgy has a great create your own plastic card system for the price, it cost me $900 all in with 100 cards. But here is the big downside, it only works with excel and it is extremely challenging to format your cards. Once you have it all done then it is easy, but set up is not that easy to do. Cards do not smear and do look professional.

Badgy can work with other software program to print cards (powerpoint, photoshop, etc...).
We agree that our excel template format was not ideal. This is the reason why we now offer Badgy with a new dedicated software program called Badge Studio, which is much more user-friendly. You can download it for free from our web site: http://www.badgy.com/download/evolis-badge-studio.html. We will soon starting selling upgrades for this software, which will allow you to import data from an excel database.
