Rip-offs = After 4 years of doing business with them and fulfilling the contact they are impeding my ability to use another monitoring service. They refuse to unlock my panel which has been paid for. They gave some lame excuse that it is proprietary. After talking to many different installers I found out that is not true. Stay away from this company. Should give zero stars
