I've been a customer with Domino's for about 5 years now, since they started to put some effort into their pizzas I decided to give them a chance.
However my recent interactions with Domino's have convinced me they are on the downward slide, and I'm not sure they can fix it.
Poor management, poor problem solving, poor ordering app.
They advertise they want to hear if they made a mistake and we'll take care of it immediately, however this is not the case as they've now reached the point of trying to blame any problem on you, and play stupid on the things they do wrong.
I cannot and will not be a party to helping a company with no regard for their customers experience, save your money try straw hat or one of the little local places, Domino's has gotten too big and no longer cares about you.
