I ask the crew to wear masks and they refused. This crew doesn't follow CDC guidelines (I have lots of pictures from my Ring cameras). I am a senior citizen they may have exposed me to COVID 19. I will get tested this week. I will not use them again because they are very unorganized and the owner accuses everything on the customers. He says he's a veteran but everyone uses that to just get business. Horrible service and they damaged some of my items. This company gets a "0" Stars. I have pictures but can't post due to privacy

Tip for consumers:
Please don't waste your time. If you use their service and something is damaged the owner will tell you that your item (s) was already damaged and you are claiming this item in order to get money from his company. The employees refused to wear masks and they were very unorganized. They left the item that I told them to load. The owner added fees that were not discussed. Please save your money and go with a company that will follow CDC guidelines and will pay for damages that they made.

I purchased Apple Airpods on December 19th, 2019 in time for Christmas. I chose the 6 months payment plan. When i checked my account Amazon charged the full amount and also charged me the first-month increment on both the Apple Airpods and Apple Care. I contacted customer service and I spoke with 5 different representatives and none of them knew anything about increment payments. Finally, a supervisor called me from the United States and said she was sorry that happen but it was a mistake. I cancelled the order and had to get the Apple Airpods from another source. Amazon customer service is not trained a increment payments so save yourself the headache and don't try increment payments on Amazon.

I sold an expensive baccarat art glass on Amazon in the original case after the buyer paid and I got ready to ship Amazon only allowed $6.00 for shipping an item that cost $19.00 to ship. I refunded the buyer and explained that I couldn't lose that much money on shipping. After I refunded the buyer Amazon told me that I owe money for shipping charges, after calling to Asia and Philippines I finally got an answer the representative helped me to get my refund for the shipping charges. Afterward, I received an email from Amazon stating that I owed $4.49 for administrative fees. I wrote back and explained that I didn't ship anything and I refunded the buyer all of his money. Amazon is stating that they have to charge me an Administration fee because they had to do some work. Now, this is Bernie Madoff scam. Charging Administrative fees for what? Yes, we know why you are charging this fee because you didn't get the overcharge commission of the seller fee so you just have to rip earnest people off for any reason. Now people say that Amazon is the best thing out there, but I say to Amazon to watch your steps because you are only as good as the people that shop on your website and remember I am not only a seller I am a customer and so far you are not doing well at all from this end. By the way, Amazon has a third party scam if you want your money within one day, the third party charges you 2% or more just to receive your money in one day. I feel this is just another company that will go belly up in a matter of a few years with most of the CEO and staff heading off to wear black stripes.

I was at this Publix located at 2015 Edgewater Drive Orlando, FL *******, Store #659 on September 1st at approximately 12:30 PM, I asked the guy in the meat department about buying Turkey meat without antibiotics, he pointed me to some ground Turkey and he also said that they were on sale. So purchased two packages of the meats. After paying for the meats and other things I noticed I was charged the regular price. I took the meat along with my receipt to the customer service counter and the store manager name Patrick told me that I wasn't supposed to be in this store because I was escorted from the store by a police officer because he said I came into the store drunk with alcohol on my breath and I also spit on him. I told him that I never talk with him before and I certainly don't drink alcohol and I have never spit on anyone. I told him he mistaken me with someone else and he told me I was lying and I had to leave the store. I reported this to Publix public relations and I also called the local police department. The police ran my driver license and told me that they couldn't find a problem and I asked them what could I do. They told me that I could file a civil suit against Publix. I am going to see what the district manager have to say and if this matter is not resolved I will file a civil suit against Publix. I spent over 21 years in the Army and I am currently in college and I have never been humiliated in my life. A week later the district manager called me and said he had to talk with the manager and he would get back to me in a couple days. The district manager called me back and apologized for the store managers behavior and said that the store manager made a mistake. I told the district manager that he don't speak for the store manager because if the store manager discriminate against people because of my race or the store manager stereotypes because people are black then not only does the store manager has a issues but Publix Super Markets has a problem because they continue to allow this store manager to work at their stores which promote discrimination against people of color.
