“Don't Trust this site!”

When all goes well, its great. But if you have a problem, you are ignored or they blame a computer glitch for not receiving complaint e mails, they will not post bad reviews or stand behind defective products. The sales wigs have been worn before and less that perfect. I received one with a horrible odor. The company claims they did not receive my complaints or e mail about this. I was told by Ginger that she would follow through on my issues but she has not I am VERY disappointed in this site and will not order from them in the future. I have warned all of my fellow wig wearers as well.
