I appreciate service providers that built personal relationship with their clients and deal with them as their friends. I was living 10 minutes away from MNV office and daily pass by and saw their board. Last year, when I have to move out, it was a mess. There was allot of equipment without proper help, it was not possible.
Things like servers, air conditioning units and many electronic devices. If they are not properly handled, there was huge chances of data loss(valuable information). But MnV taken care of all the issues in a friendly way and I will give them 5 star for that.
Tip for consumers:
Observe everything carefully during the removal, you will learn and it will help you in future.
