I WAS CONTACTED VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VIA THIS WEBSITE AFTER I POSTED THE REVIEW WHICH WAS ABOUT MAYBE A WEEK OR WEEK AND HALF AGO. I PROVIDED THEM WITH INFORMATION THAT THEY REQUESTED AND SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVE A RESPONE ON THE PROGRESS OF CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE CHECKED AND THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN, I SENT THEM ABOUT COMPLAINT VIA THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THEIR RESPONSE IS THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, THEY DON'T EVEN READ THE INFORMATION THAT IS SENT AS I HAD MENTIONED IN THE MESSAGE THAT I HAD PROVIDED INFORMATION TO THEM ETC,
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, IT IS GOING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND THIS IS BECAUSE ABOUT A YEAR AGO(NOT SURE OF THE TIME FRAME) HAD REQUESTED TO DO CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT AND NOTHING WAS DONE.
