Paid over $1,000 (in advance) for two blinds three months ago, they were installed about a month ago - NOT 3-days, and the ropes to open and close them are so tight that they hurt my hands.
I am still waiting for them to fix the problem since October..."3-day", my foot! There are far better deals around.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Didn't know they were in China and the clothes would arrive (if they arrived which 2 out of 3 were billed 2 months ago and still haven't arrived. One of my paid orders was cancelled without warning and I had to reorder.
Tip for consumers:
The one out of three which did arrive after almost two months, stunk of chemicals and had discolaration all over the shirt, as though someone had washed the it in bleach....the material was harsh and ugly - I paid $42 for this piece of junk and Liligal support were terrible and just kept sending me coupons which it was impossible to cash in on their site....like 6 of the useless coupons..
has been the most frustrating experience and I DON'T know how I landed on their site DO NOT Use.
