I logged on to pay for my ticket. A few weeks later I got a letter that said I needed to pay for my ticket. On top of that I given $55.00 in late fees. Mind you I got the ticket a month ago and I paid online. I never got any information saying my transaction did not go through. I checked with my bank and they said the transaction never occurred. I tried to negotiate with them and there was proof I logged on that day to pay my ticket. Right away they denied my request and said I had to pay the new amount. This penalties are excessive and that website does not work all the time. Beware of this site and send you tickets in person or through the mail. Don't let this happen to you.

I don't even want to give them one star. I never received my order. It's been over 9 months and I had no luck contacting them. They don't have a listed number and you can't get through with using email.
