Just had a bad experience with UPS. First of all they told my husband and I it would cost $20.00 for a package that we know would only be half that at the post office. Then they told us it would actually be a dollar more to send through the post office. We finally agreed to this because we were trying to save ourselves some embarrassment because the next package we had they claimed would be $30.00 dollars to send (again from past experience at post offices we knew this was not true. When we asked them the post office price they claimed it would be $38.00! This one we hauled back out of there. One other package (even though larger) was a much better price and they said even though it was 3 times as big as the (so called 30 d0llar package) it was because of shorter distance. Anyway back to the $30 - $38 dollar box it actually was going to be $38.00 at the post office, but they offered a much lesser cost of $16.70 (just longer to get it at it's destination) When I asked UPS about that feature or what the cost at the post office would be at a longer delivery time they mumbled something about mailing it the next day (not what we meant about it taking longer!) Crazy answer. So, we paid for the huge box at a not so bad price mainly because we did not want the recipient to know what we paid for the postage, overpaid on the one box (our stupidity for not wanting to be more embarrassed) and hauled back home to our local post office with the other box and paid the more normal $16.70. What a pain it all was and did not appreciate the lying!. This place is only good if you want to hide postage from someone.

Tip for consumers:
Use your post office unless you want to hide your postage from the recipient.

I ordered a long wool winter coat (hard to find and in my size) Had one from 9 years ago that was worn and a little tight-same company and same brand. I saw a review where someone said they no longer had W's on the sizes so not to assume you were getting a woman's plus size. (should have listened to the review) I called the company and they assured me that the lack of W's on their sizes did not mean anything and they were still Woman's plus sizes. So, I ordered the wool coat in one size larger than my old one and sure enough when I tried it on the one size larger (with the missing W) was actually smaller than my old one which was one size smaller, but with the W on the size.
So, now the best part. The mailing label said to put on the outside of mailer bag and they would deduct 7 0r 8 dollars from your refund for postage. This sounded like the easiest thing to do rather than having it weighed at the post office etc. Wouldn't you know however, this did not prove to be true either. In the end they deducted 25 dollars from my refund listing a bunch of meaningless stuff such as handling etc! What a rip off 25 dollars plus my original postage to try on a coat that was not sized as I was told it was going to be (you know the W part designating it to be Women's plus size) Also forgot to mention the coat I received was much lighter weight wool than the one I had from 9 years ago. It was very poor quality and it was almost like a piece of felt! Don't bother with this company!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know what size you wear, Ask for a fabruc swatcg if they will give you one.

Did not use any and did not try another size.

They recommended we get into a debt reconciliation company that we ended up paying 14,000 dollars to pay off a 9,000 dollar debt. We could barely afford the payments involved and then in the end they they dropped us and said they could no longer help us with the rest of our debts.

I order from Amazon quite frequently and only one time did I not receive my merchandise
From a merchant on Amazon. I did get a replacement of the item and it was of poor quality.It was a stuffed animal and it came so out of shape it did not stand up as it should

consider how far away the item is coming from.

I agree with Mary B. I am also a Zulily shopaholic. I have always loved everything I have
Ordered. I understand the concept of waiting to get the item. I love the shipping cost and
Especially the free shipping weekend deal. They even go so far as to give you money
(I think 10 dollars) if you are not able to receive your item from some fault on their end.

Just keep in mind that when you order you have to wait. I am sure that is
what keeps the postage price down. Also keep in mind that I don't think
any items are returnable. Again that may be what keeps the prices down
