Do NOT under any circumstances rent from this company. I traveled last weekend and PREPAID for a rental car from them. My flight from NY was delayed, when I arrived at the rental car center and called their number to arrange a shuttle it took OVER 40 calls to get someone on the line. They put me on hold, disconnected me, or just didn't answer. When I finally got someone on the line I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I was > 60 minutes late for my pick-up time. I had already PREPAID for this car. They have refused to give me a refund. DO NOT USE!
