I've now purchased my 2nd blind from this place. The most recent being a cordless 2" white blind for my bathroom.
First, let me just say these are the best blinds. One just barely has to push up from the bottom to raise. Note: I have a cat who likes to look out the window during the day and no more fighting with the cords to level (which eventually break if you frequently raise and lower.)
A little history:
The first blind I bought was a couple of years ago for a large picture window. I definitely, needed a helper to install this one (thankfully, my amazing and handy mom was available) as it was a bit cumbersome. Once we got it up tho, EXACTLY what I had hoped for. Beautiful and Practical.
Fast Forward> Present Day:
I finally finished renovating the bath and now the freezer paper which I had previously been using for a couple of months for privacy had to go.
Therefore, I ordered the same beautiful and efficient blind I had installed before, but on a much smaller scale. Surprisingly, I received it in about 10 days. (Super quick, as I wasn't expecting for 4-6 weeks) YAY!
However, (this is where it gets sad) my excitement quickly turned to disappointment in myself for having MEASURED WRONG!@%$&!
YES. I was VERY wrong too. (Approx. 3" on the length! Seriously?! GRR) So, what now?
I called BLINDS.COM and explained with much embarrassment my mistake. The sales rep was super sweet and didn't agree at all with my personal assessment (that being I am a total idiot and made a really stupid mistake,) but instead kindly explained that this sort of thing happens much more frequently than one might expect. She also told me that a one-time remake was free, explained how I should remeasure for the replacement and waited patiently for me to do so, to confirm/complete the order. The best part... it only cost me like 8 more bucks! (Maybe for shipping?... I don't remember, but I was happy to pay it. After all, it was totally MY bad.)
Anyway, I immediately received an order confirmation via email, which told me to expect my remade blind in 4 weeks or so. (No problem. I can wait. I have freezer paper.)

Guess what, tho?
It didn't take that long at all. Again, I received my new blind it in little over a week! Woohoo!
Installed it on the brackets which were already in place (Excellent) and it popped right in. Perfect!

In summary:
I TOTALLY recommend BLINDS.COM. The prices are great and even if YOU screw up your measurements, they'll fix it. I will order all of my future blinds from this place when the cords on all of my others eventually break.

Pearl: When you receive your fabulous new blind which you're gonna love, remember to READ the instructions!... on how to pop them in place once you've installed your brackets. IF you choose to ignore this piece of advice and repeat my previous mistake, be ready to swear, if you're prone to expletives. You'll only be making it harder on yourself. Besides, even tho you're a full-grown adult, your mom doesn't need to hear her sweet child swearing like a sailor. ;)

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid.
I've shopped Wayfair for YEARS and as recently as March when I completely renovated a bathroom with Wayfair products. I've always had a great experience and Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Yes, products are a little more expensive than what you may find if you spent hours searching for the same product somewhere else, however, I prefer NOT to do that so I opt to pay a little more for the convenience of one-stop shopping. The only inconveniences I've experienced is that they only ship through FedEx and I don't have a FedEx location near me. Also, you pay for return shipping. That being said, because I do so much business with Wayfair, I've developed a friendship with my Neighborhood FedEx driver and he's always great to stop and pick up my returns. Shipping costs for returns are expected, but they can really add up when you're buying lots of product. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company. **Would be nice if they implemented some type of points system based on your buying history that would give you a discount on returns.**
Overall, this is a great company with quality product and customer service. Unfortunately, it's a GLOBAL pandemic and EVERYONE is experiencing setbacks and delays, so Yea... you may have to wait a bit longer for your stuff. It's common sense. I just don't think it's fair to fault a company for something which they have little/no control. People should be grateful they have some money in their pockets to spend when lots of people can't buy groceries. If you're still upset by it, take it up with your Left-leaning Governors and Congressman who are keeping stuff closed.
You'll find you'll get your rug and lamp much quicker when everything opens back up.

Been a Zappos.com user since it's inception. Love it! Doesn't get any more convenient than this. The selection is pretty great; Prices are great; and the returns are THE QUICKEST and THE EASIEST.
Also, Customer service is always friendly and helpful when needed.

Not only is this a super convenient service with great pricing and super speedy delivery, but I LOVE Chewy.com and will be a loyal customer for life because of their incredible customer service.
After having to say Goodbye to my beloved furbaby of 16 yrs in July 2018, I spoke to a representative a few days later about canceling/returning the AutoShip of her food that I had recently received. This lady showed such care and heartfelt sympathy when I needed it most. I was also so surprised and grateful when she told me that rather than returning the surplus of food I had on hand, I could instead donate the last Autoship to a local shelter in memory of my little one with a full refund. I don't know how often they do this as a company, but this was a great help to me financially since my little one required a prescription diet.
Two weeks later, I had a note on the door from a local florist asking that I give them a call. The very next day, I received a very pretty flower arrangement at work, with a very sweet note signed, "Love, Gloria and the Chewy Family." I had no idea who would be sending me flowers, but I certainly never dreamed it would be my friends at Chewy. I was overcome with emotion and gratitude then and even now as I type this review. I've honestly never experienced such kindness and generosity from a company. Especially from one so large.
Chewy.com is a wonderful company who obviously employs some pretty amazing people. Although I sent them a letter of gratitude then, I can't say it enough; Thank you, Chewy for the personalized service you provide your customers. I can't say enough great things about my experiences with them as a loyal customer, especially during such a difficult time.

In Summary: They're amazing!

Update: I've recently adopted another furry friend and Chewy continues to meet all needs and exceeds any expectations.

Got the mini pecan pies for my dad. Both the chocolate and original. He LOVES pecan pie. Also purchased the candied pecans for stocking stuffers.
Delivery: On-time.
Flavor: Not much. Just tasted like white Sugar pie and the nuts were chopped so fine, they were pretty sparse.
No word on the bagged pecans, but you pay for convenience.

In summary:
Pies- Not much flavor and pretty pricey. Still shoppin' for a better mail order alternative, 'til I can add PIES to my baking repertoire. Crusts are hard and let's be honest, ready-made just isn't the same as your Granny's.

Garbage company. Terrible response time. They took my money and didn't honor their return policy or offer a refund. PayPal was of no help either, because I kept getting put off by the company and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would make good on what they promised. The time for dispute ellapsed with PayPal, another garbage service. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake. Think twice about doing business outside of the States, but definitely DON'T do business with Girotti. If this posting seems harsh, you would be upset too if you lost $200 USD.

Cancellation policy is near fraudulent. Signed up for the $22 membership and then had to have a complete foot/ankle reconstruction. Although I never used the facility, it cost me over $200 with the cancellation fee.
In summary: Make no long-term commitments.

Have had for over two years. Initially, was a decent product and did pretty-much what it claimed. Since the numerous updates tho, it's just garbage. Problems include: Delayed response, (gone before you get notification); Less control of motion sensor (unable to see areas like driveway which could be seen before, but now street traffic doesn't allow for it); Customer service is a waste of time (No help)
And it truly is a shame. Was a good product, now it's worthless.
Had a creeper who easily evaded the camera, but the RING thankfully captured all the wind and bugs that flew by without fail. Thank goodness! The constant 1,3, and 5am wind/bug alerts are great for one's peace of mind.
To summarize: Although it didn't cost an arm or a leg, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Better spent on a motion light and food for a guard dog.

I'm embarrassed to say that I've been a member for a few years now. Mainly because I signed up for auto-renewal the first year and they have a horrible cancellation policy. Only able to cancel within your renewal month. When you try to navigate and do it yourself online. Drop boxes do not fill so that the information can be submitted. I had to request a call from a consultant so that they could do it.

I did receive a call within the requested time frame at 0930 EST and this girl seriously sounded as if she just rolled out of bed. Pitiful. At least do some vocal warm-ups and TRY to get rid of your morning voice before calling people. I assume she's getting paid to call subscribers.
So, I'm stuck receiving the the same trial size waste that I've been getting the past 3 years for another 11 months. So what do I do with it? I save it up for the year and add as stocking stuffer to my tween nieces who are just being introduced to makeup. Half of it is tiny sample perfume and they must have a surplus of dry shampoo they're trying to unload.
Honestly, I enjoyed the first 6-8months... after that it has been a repeat of samples, even after "customizing" several times. If you like little boxes (which are nice when they don't arrive damaged. I use to line/ organize my drawers)... or you like just opening a "surprise" in the mail (only to be disappointed when it's the same thing over and over again) then you should totally sign up.
However, I highly recommend you skip the monthly "surprise" and fleeting enjoyment and PUT $10 IN A BOX ON A TOP SHELF AND DON'T OPEN IT FOR A YEAR! You'll be financially better off and much more satisfied. #truth
