This is a review for the website of Gearbest.
I ordered some products from the website on 4/28/20. The estimated time to ship the product was about 1 month. I ordered the products but I did not receive the products. After over 1 month had passed I began having contact with the seller to ask about a status update.
The seller was patient, responsive and respectful with me. The seller said he shipped the order. He gave me the tracking number. My local shipping carrier identified that the tracking number was valid but they didn't receive the package. The seller offered me a refund. The seller and I were able to come to a mutual conclusion.
The support staff on the website was able to work with the seller to help me with the refund. The support staff was helpful, friend and provided communication in a timely manner. Although I didn't receive the product, the customer service was excellent and so I would be happy to use the website again.
