I am blessed that I never was even able to purchase anything as the system sent me into spiral loop. I called and emailed. Someone responded with no support with how to register my email and finish with a checkout. I responded with:
I've repeated this cycle over and over again... over 20 times. I hope that you all resolve these issues. It's very frustrating as a customer and quite honestly establishes a sense of distrust. When I need support, I call the customer service number and no one answers. In fact, it is clearly communicated that no one will answer...[ I have to text]. When I text, no one responds. Disappointed. You all had the best price for the wigs I was set to buy, but I trust this experience was foresight depicting the type of customer service I could look forward to.
