“Account permanently blocked for no reason, unprofessional customer service”

I just joined fiverr and placed a few orders. Then one day Fiverr flagged me as "sending spams", while I did not do anything. The customer service refused to manually check what went wrong and told me NOT TO CONTACT THEM. I asked for proofs of spamming, but they just DELETED my request right away. Now my account got permanently disabled and I dont even have access to the orders I PAID for. A very, very wonderful experience.
