I have been shopping at DHGate for almost 10 yrs now, I have had a few problems but those were minor with sellers but all were taken care of by DHG.
If item defective or not as described DHG make sure the seller pays for return shipping fees. You have to be very insistent to get your refund. Takes a little longer then I expected to be, but you get your money back. Shipping is always on time.
Email, Messaging and Toll free numbers are provided for contact.
Few people may get lucky to contact customer service at Tophatter, but it does not mean you will get favorit resolution.
