STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY platform. They are scammers. First of all they promise that $500 investment can get a $4250 return. Okay so I bite, I get a "ACCOUNT MANAGER", but all he was is to be unclear and not very honest. So he invests my $500 and get me ONLY 465 or so back and when I asked what happened to $4250 i was told he didn't have a good signal and that $1000 would be a perfect signal and would get me $8500. Now mind you I have $500 and profited $465, so I was like okay let's do $1000, now I did ask is there anything we need to do before this and I was told no it's fine. Okay so few days good by and my investment is going smoothly till is gets stuck at the same percentage for a few days. So I ask my "Account Manager" what's going on? He says contact customer service. (Customer service is a joke they say they are available 24/7 but there have been times I've been on a chat waiting to speak to someone for an hour and a half.) So I contact customer service and they say the trade is stopped because your account need to be upgraded to be able to invest $1000. I was completely dumbfounded, since I did ask my account manager about if I needed to know anything and was told no. So I asked customer service what's the cost of the upgrade and was told $2200. I'm like WTF.
I spoke to my account manager and asked him why he didnt tell me and he said it didn't matter at that time. Now I have my investment there and it's stuck. ACCOUNT MANAGER says if I do 1k he could talk to them and have them let the trade finish, so I say okay. So I do $1048 and trade starts back up and gets all the way to 99% complete then they tell me since I didn't give the whole 2200 I can't complete it. So I go back and talk to the account manager again and tell me the same BS that there is nothing he can do AGAIN. I find it crazy that the man work for this company and talks to them to let the trade finish for 1k then it doesn't finish because the whole 2200 is needed. So I get back in touch with customer service and shocker they say they need the total of 2200 to complete the trade. Now I'm stuck with my trade again and need the rest of the money to send in. Now I have to send in 1300 to complete the trade. So after borrowing this money and sending it to them which I sent 1299. 25 and 2.25. I try for 2 day to get a hold of customer service because they are 25/7 but weekends you can NEVER get a hold of anyone. So finally talk to someone and they tell me they got a total of 1219 from me and not 1300. At this point I'm super pissed off, I asked do I need to do send $100 more? Guess what nooo I needed to send another $1300 because they need the total of $1300 at once.
$1048 +$1219 in my book is more then $2200, I was told send $1300 or your trade will not be completed. Like I said STAY FAR AWAY FROM 360fxtrades and their account manager. If someone tells you they can invest 500 and get you 4250 RUN. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
