I love ordering from them, but I think their shipping policy is a bit evasive: free shipping and returns only mean, in lieu of exchanging your item for something else, not refunding it. If you are aware of this, then it's a great place for buying clothes and luxury items.

Terrible service, located in Thailand but they have a UK number, must be a virtual number. Never refunded a cancelled booking which was legit in San Diego. When you try to call them to fix the problem, you have to enter your confirmation booking number. The system is smart to figure out if it's a future or past booking. If it's a past booking and you need to fix a problem, like your bill, they won't connect you. If it's a future booking, they'll talk to you over the phone and promise refunds but never do. Hate them.

Stinks. As a vendor, (the other side), The reason why ALL your orders are late is because they place the order AFTER they made the sale to us, and THAT's such a bad business model. This is the same thing with Zulily as well. I can't speak of other bargain discount sites, but Zulily and Totsy are similar, bad customer service, at least one month shipping wait because you have to wait for the products to arrive at from our warehouse to theirs, then they fulfill it. They don't even pay the vendors until 30 days after the order. Also, they charge back for everything we might have missed. This kind of business model really stinks and it's a lose/lose for everyone except for Totsy & Zulily that might have a fat wallet for a little bit, but it will catch on. That's what you get from a Bargain site. NO way around it, you get what you pay for: bad service, shoddy products, and bad customer service=headaches. I will never do business with them again as a vendor & customer.

As a vendor selling products to them, they are dishonest, and very underhanded. Claimed we didn't fulfill their products on the order, we double checked with our warehouse, now they told us we did fulfill it, but sent the wrong items in, (but they weren't going to tell us this until we challenged them that we did send it the products), and now they are doing chargebacks for items they didn't even have on their inventory. They DO NOT HOLD inventory, so that's why products are late to their customers. They basically make money prior to paying their vendors, claim they didn't receive stock, has back charges for products they don't even have in the inventory, and makes tons of money without ever giving up capital.
