Pent 2 years thier developed a software ERP system for the Company at the request of CEO Mike Debbaker, worked great gave the company a scheduling system for shop floor, a system to know the Capacity of new orders coming in to determine Manning and work center loads reports for Management and Supervisor on this daily plan per work center which made Customer service more accurate lead times, showed employee performance per person, [proved standard cost for quoting new Customers and reduce lead times by 50 %. Made nice to your Supervisor or Debakker salary or hourly hand book rules did not apply. The only rules their were is what Debbaker wanted, this company produced cutting tools for the jet engine manufactures like Rolls Royce and Siemens international, their was no quality program thier they inspect the quality standard into the products through rework. Tier monthly sales was False, it was made to look like the budget was hit for the Banks to keep on lending, the worst Company i have ever been a part of, the employees lived in fear of what Debakkers late ideas were, with were off the wall like Joe Biden I left that company because I saw all the lies and employee abuse, future Customers and employees be ware
