I've placed two orders with them. The first came in about a week and was good.
About a week later I placed a second order with them. It also came in about a week. One of 4 items i received was not what I ordered. I tried to contact them through their web site RMA form claiming 24 response - no response. I called them and was directed to their online RMA form. I filled out the online form a second time - no response. I called again and left a voice message with their customer service - no response. I called again and somewhere in the voice automated greeting heard a reference to an RMA e-mail address - *******@uniqueblade.com. I've sent them an 3 e-mails, one a week, and no response.
