They show low prices but on small purchases, expect shipping cost they charge you to be more than the item. And with that, shipping is very slow unless you pay even more for shipping upgrades.

Slow shipping, small orders with UPSsurepost or Fedex SmartPost. 10 days to receive product. Often not very well packed, but enough. Just no sparkle to the customer service, but decent selection and prices.

They seem to have good product knowledge and prices, great on the follow through, even good on returns.

Customer Service Inquiry replies can be rude, evasive of responsibility for errors, but they will do the right thing eventually.
We continue to do business with them for product selection and good prices.
Recommend using Paypal in lieu of Credit Card in case of an issue, Paypal understands online transactions better than most credit card companies.

No. 1, Defend bad reviews and No. 2, eCRATER should Advertise More, but with zero or very low sales commission costs, that is expected.
ECRATER is only a platform for sellers, like a shopping mall, you buy from the individual stores directly and pay that store, not eCRATER.
