I purchased immunets' extended coverage for $21.61 Cdn, my credit card was debited, but i never recieved a receipt or activation code. My 1st email to them was returned with a form letter quoting a case #, and stated this would be dealt with promptly. Nothing else happened. My emails go unanswered, and when i phone their help line, it either goes unanswered, or the robot puts you on hold (i have waited up to an hour!). Now i have to spend more time getting the charge reversed with my C/C company. This company has NO customer service.
