Placed an order Wednesday, January 22,2020 2:32:20 PM PST. Smilelove Order # = F*******, in fact. They accepted my $1345. 00. They did send an impression kit and we started. Then the pandemic hit.
I was patient for quite some time, but enough is enough.
They claim to still be in business to this day, February 2,2021. They have refused to refund my $, are not providing services (which I would not want to accept now anyway), and refused to respond to a Utah BBB inquiry in the matter.
This is not the behavior of a company operating in good faith.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid Smilelove.com! Find some reputable company which provides these same services. There are several.

Tried to use their dental alignment product, but they did not follow through or issue a refund.
