Same situation here. Waited 30 days for an order that was supposed to have been dispatched twice, but they were never able to provide a carrier name or tracking number. Probably over 100 calls made to them of which only abut 6 were ever answered. On these occasions, we were told that our money would be returned, but never was. Also sent 3 e-mails sent and never got a reply. Paid with Visa Debit so the bank has stepped in and refunded our money through the visa gaurantee scheme. They are also memeber of a trade association and contacted them as well without any degree of success. Buyers beware. Give this lot a wide berth!
