They charged my account every month for 2 years and I never had a file converted correctly. I called many times to cancel and get refunded but they insist that they have never charged my account. Tired of dealing with them would not suggest giving them any credit card info.

We have checked our records and can't see any emails or conversations other than a conversation regarding a failed PDF conversion which we were able to resolve? We'd love to get to the bottom of this and review any emails or conversations you had where we indicated we hadn't charged your account.
