I submitted my credit card and was charged $159.00 for the opportunity to bid on a variety of items. I decided that I did not want to participate, so I immediately requested a refund to my card. I was directed to the refund form and told to send it in and then wait 14 days. I contacted them after 14 days and was told to recontact in 7 days. In seven days, I was again told to contact them in another 7 days. At that time I was told to contact them again in 7 days. They finally agreed that they were sending my refund immediately and advised that it could take 6 to 10 days to show up on my card. The refund never showed up on my card and when I contacted them again, was told that the refund center was shut down. My bank reversed the charge on the card and we have never heard back from SwipeAuctions.com. I have done some checking and found that many people have had the same experience.
