Have been dealing with Yourmechanic since 2016. Never had a problem, until recently November 2018 to present. In November my check engine light came on, and they came and diagnosed my 2002 Ford F-150 with bad ignition coils. Got those done, and all was well for a month. The light came back on, and they rediagnosed as an issue with the airflow meter. Another month, and another light issue. This time it was still the mass airflow meter. Cleaned and worked for another few months. Light came back on, and then they said it was the intake manifold. Just had that replaced in 2016 but they said once done the truck will run fine. Had them do the service, truck still ran like crap. Master mechanic comes and finds it is a few vacuum hoses, coils and spark plugs. Your mechanic says we'll get back to you on warranty, that was on the 15th of May. Still have not heard back from them. Have called 9 times since the 15th and still promising they'll get back to me. Seems to me, that they are incapable of doing the necessary diagnostic, and just guess at what it may be. Having you throw money at the issue, and not honoring their warranty. Will be calling my cc companies today, to get a chargeback for all transactions done since 2018, as they have breached the warranty contract. Have fun with these idiots, they are NOT worth your time and money.
