I was a customer since they began many many years ago, and the new version is a GIANT waste of your time and money. Like being back in the dial up days. Customer support is a bad as it gets. Run a round's and links to articles that are just as worthless. DO NOT BUY INTO THE 'PAY FOR A YEAR DISCOUNT'. By the time you realize the program is a joke your 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD is over AND THEY KEEP YOUR ENTIRE YEARLY AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR LIKE THIEVES IN THE NIGHT.
