After finding Sybills online while traveling thru we stopped with out a reservation and got right in. Would recommend calling if you can to make sure they are not filled. If not worth the stop to see if they can get you in, they did us. Great food, I can tell you that you will get your monies worth. We started off with the Maple Dijon Scallops, being from the coast I give them an excellent rating. I had a Surf N Turf Pasta, finished off with the Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. The wife had the Chicken Genovese. When we left I was stuffed. Absolutely great place, staff was on time and not too intrusive as some places are. You got to give them a try.

It is a B&B, the best we have stayed at for the money. Will go again. Rhiannon was absolutely a fabulous Innkeeper. She took the time to tell us all about the property history & even some about the Town. Her baskets of food was bountiful and good. If you are going to be visiting Hermann, Missouri I would highly recommend you call the Iron horse Inn and book a room. Jim & Lori

Tip for consumers: If you are looking for a place to stay this is it. Call ahead of time, we booked about 3-4 weeks in advance.

We recently took this tour. I was sadly disappointed. Once in the mine if you stop to take a picture you have to quickly catch up(run) with the tour party & usually by the time you did they have already told about a specific thing &were ready to move on. The pace of the tour was at a mild trot, so if you have any handicaps do not bother. On the pontoon boat they have a nice ride but we were informed that they do not turn on the water lights during the week, & you CANNOT see down into the water, the water is crystal clear & I was expecting to see some of the equipment & things left below. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never return!!!

At Columbia Missouri they will tell you to "GO TO WALMART" FOR TIRE REPAIR EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE PAID FOR ROAD HAZARD AT FIRESTONE, SO I WOULD SUGGEST FOR BETTER SERVICE AND A PLACE THAT WILL HONOR ROAD HAZARD TIRE REPAIR, DO WHAT FIRESTONE EMPLOYEES RECOMMEND GO TO WALMART, OR ANYPLACE BUT FIRESTONE IN COLUMBIA MISSOURI !!!!
I have Bridgestone Dueler H/L's on my car that I purchased from Firestone Complete Auto Care in Springfield MO. I was on the road to an appointment in Jefferson City Mo on 1 June 2017. My low tire light came on I checked and had a tire with a slow leak. I aired it up and looked up the closest Firestone Complete Auto Care to Jefferson City MO. It was in Columbia Mo. I went there and arrived at 5:45 pm. When I went in the sales Rep asked how they could help I explained "I got Bridgestone tires on my car and I have one with a leak. Without looking up my account to see if I had road hazard, which I do, or walking out to the vehicle he told me "I cannot fix it today, WALMART is open and maybe they can get you in". I was like "What?" He stated something like the following to justify his statement that I should go to WALMART "I have one mechanic working late already to get a car done, I have 2 other mechanics working on jobs that might be done by 7 when we close and I have a flat repair that is already here before you that we need to do, so we will not be able to get to you tonight, maybe WALMART can get it fixed for you"
I spent good money on road hazard when I bought the tires at Firestone Complete Auto Care to be told to "GO TO WALMART" to have a flat repair done.
That is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will definitely reconsider where I do business in the future!!!

I have ordered from them before, good experience. This last order I looked at a pair of boots, did not see a width size so I called their sales number and asked about the width. I was told "ALL our boots come in a Medium Width", so I ordered the boots. When they arrived I tried them on and they were a regular width, no markings in the boots to indicate they were a Medium Width. My rant come due to the fact that when I called their customer service number about the boots I was told "you have to pay for return shipping", even tho' their sales department had lied to me about the sizing of their boots. I tried 2 times to get them to pay for return shipping and both times they refused. They even removed the purchase from my account so I could not write a review of their crappy customer service on that invoice on their web site. I would imagine all their reviews are generated by a "good review service company" than real customers. Beware of them, do not order from them.
I will never recommend Leatherup.com to anyone again. I will never purchase anything from them again. As an avid rider I was telling people about them before but not any more!

Tip for consumers: Go elsewhere!!!!
