I have been waiting on a refund for over 5 months. DHGate advised me in early June 2015 to return defective goods to the manufacturer and provide them with a tracking number. I did that through Canada Post again at THEIR request. DHGate informed me to pay the postage and that both the postage ($170.90) and the cost of the defective goods would be refunded to me when the goods were received by the supplier. According to the tracking number the goods were received in Hong Kong at the suppliers shipping address on June 23rd, 2015. Lo and behold the supplier states that they never received the returned package. So either the post office is lying or the supplier is lying and DHGate is now noticeably silent on the issue.
If you want quality products this IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY.
