I joined Swaggable a while back, I don't really remember the exact date.
Basically, Swaggable is a sample product review site. You sign up, show interest in samples, and if chosen, you'll be put on a list to get the sample for review.
Now, here's the down side...
In my experience, I was approved for a sample in October of 2016. I then got approved for another in November. (Kind of weird that I was approved for only one product per month, but hey, it's free, so...)
So I waited for the sample (an air freshener). And waited. And waited... and finally got the sample air freshener... in February!
Four months in between getting approved and then getting it? And when I did get it, it was a normal sized canister, but only had, at most, two or three squirts in it. Not even a full sample, but it seemed like someone had already used most of the contents and I was sent an almost empty sample. I shrugged it off, wrote my review, and then waited for my next sample. (Since I had only been approved for two since joining the site.)
And waited, And waited. And then contacted support, since it was now April and there was no sign of the second sample.

Here's what they told me:
"Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your product samples haven't shipped just yet.

To keep Swaggable free we send samples out in batches and yours should be going out in the next batch. You can view them under "Shipment Tracker" section on my-swaggable page i. E; <link to my profile page>
We appreciate your patience and look forward to reading your reviews!

Thanks,
Swaggable Team"

So it seems they only send out samples when they have enough people to send it to? Doesn't make sense, especially since over a thousand people HAD received the product and had already written reviews, some months ago.
So I checked my shipment status page... "Gathering invites"
Wait, it's now six months and you're still gathering invites? How is that possible when over a thousand people have already received and reviewed the same product?
Upon looking at posts on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BeSwaggable), I noticed that quite a few people have had the same experience and have had trouble getting their products or even signing into the site.
Either they're not sure what they're doing over there, or this is a sample review company that requires extreme patience on members' parts.
In my opinion, if you want to try free samples for your review, try other companies. This one doesn't really seem to have its members' best interests in mind.

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere for sample review sites, or buy a few board games so you can wait out their shipping policies.

I placed an order on January 17,2017. Come March, and still no order. I checked the tracking and it said the item was undeliverable. So after half a dozen emails back and forth with support, they finally told me my order was back at their warehouse and I had three options:
1. I could have it reshipped for an additional charge of $5
2. I could get PARTIAL credit on their site
3. I could get a PARTIAL refund back to my original payment method

No matter what I chose, I was still out money.
DO NOT do business with these people. They are scam artists and will take your money!
